Spec Kit Templates v0.2.0: Multi-Catalog Support
Spec Kit 0.2.0 adds simultaneous multi-catalog support, Tabnine CLI integration, and fixes hook event wiring for agent workflows.
TL;DR
- Multiple active catalogs now work simultaneously — manage extensions across sources at once
- Tabnine CLI support added; Mistral, Jira, Azure DevOps integrations in community catalog
- Hook events fixed for after_tasks and after_implement workflows
New
- Multiple active catalogs — run extensions from different catalogs in parallel without conflicts
- Tabnine CLI support — integrate Tabnine directly into your agent workflows
- Mistral integration — native support for Mistral models in Spec Kit
- Community extensions — Jira, Azure DevOps, Understanding, Ralph, Review, and Fleet extensions now available
Fixed
- Agent list comments now match actual supported agents — documentation was out of sync
- Hook events wired correctly for after_tasks and after_implement — workflows now trigger as expected
- Branch numbering switched to global detection — fixes per-short-name collision issues
- C ignore patterns now consistent with C++ — standardized across language templates
- Duplicate options removed from specify.md — cleaner CLI documentation
