Cline 0.1.63 fixes task view persistence, API key resets, and agent startup state issues.

- Task detail view persistence — page refresh no longer wipes your current task view
- API key stability — modifying Cline agent settings won't reset your API key anymore
- Kanban agent startup state — agent now boots in idle instead of perpetually thinking
